These simple rules help us protect every pet’s comfort and safety while respecting each other’s time.

When we may refuse a service

Our groomers care about every pet’s comfort and safety. We reserve the right to refuse a service if:

1The animal behaves aggressively.
2The pet shows clear signs of health problems (obesity, skin conditions, difficulty breathing, etc.).
3The client is more than 15 minutes late.
4The client’s wishes cannot be fulfilled without harming the pet’s health or appearance.

A 50% surcharge may apply in certain cases:

If your plans change, please cancel at least 24 hours before your visit by calling or sending an SMS to +371 29 413 150.

If an appointment is cancelled late, a 50% surcharge will apply to the next visit.
